We also assist African Companies seeking to source technical expertise, Joint Ventures and other commercial partnership with foreign partners.

we are linked directly with foreign companies to provide goods and services to Nigeria and African market.

Executive Chairman

Mrs. Ester Olufunmilayo Osho is the Executive Chairman of Africa Asia Global Services Ltd. She graduated from University of Lagos and married to Air Vice Marshal George Ayo Osho (Rtd). She used to be an active member and had played a prominent role in the life of Nigeria Air force Officers’ Wives Association.

She is the Managing Director of Fayot Travel Agency, a frontline Travel Agency, for the past 30 years having got a stint in the Civil Service for a few years

M.D./C.E.O

Mr. Olubunmi Ogundare is presently the Managing Director /C.E.O. Africa-Asia Global Services Ltd; a Director, Caterina De medici, Africa. (a sister-company of Caterina de’ Medici Italy), a company that was given the franchise to facilitate inflow of investment and trade opportunity between Africa and Italy. He studied Creative Arts and has attended various business management courses both local and international.

Mr. David Olatimehin
E.D.Finance & Admin

Mr. David Olatimehin is the Executive Director - Finance and Admin AFAS Global Services Ltd. He had varied experiences in the banking and construction sectors of Nigeria economy in variuos managerial capacities for 20 years. He was the managing partner of OTK Consulting. a firm of management consultant from where he joined the services of AFAS. He has a master degree in business administration at University of Ado Ekiti and an associate member, The National Institute of marketing of Nigeria. He has attended many management courses both local and international. He is happily married with children.

E.D.International Operations

Mr. Gani Akorede Alabi
Executive Director - International Operations AFAS. He started his career at Croydon College United Kingdom, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked briefly in Warwick Wright Motors as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer. He is the founder of God Son Inc, a company with over 25 employees. The company core services included oil & gas, automobile, shipping & Clearing. He had attended various courses relating to Automobile marketing in the United States of America, Japan and China.

General Manager

Mr. Oluwafemi Oluwadare - he is presently the General Manager of AFAS. A University of Lagos Graduate; he had worked with Current Technology; Canuld Metal Box (CMB) and NAL Bank Plc (Now Sterling Bank Plc). He was an Executive Director, ACHP Ent. before he joined AFAS.
